Responsibilities

Architect and implement features across the frontend, backend, and database layers.
Develop complex, data-visualization-heavy user interfaces using React and Material UI.
Implement form logic and validation with React Hook Form.
Design and implement type-safe APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and tRPC.
Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB queries for large volumes of petroleum data.
Use TypeScript across the application stack to improve code quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with petroleum engineers and product managers to translate domain requirements into technical solutions.
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Maintain application performance, responsiveness, reliability, and production readiness.

At least 3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, primarily using the MERN/TypeScript stack.
Expert proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, including advanced TypeScript features for large-scale projects.
Strong experience building and deploying production-ready applications with tRPC.
Strong experience with MongoDB query optimization and schema design for complex, relational-like data structures.
Experience or strong interest in petroleum engineering concepts and specialized technical data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications include petroleum engineering or decline curve analysis experience, data visualization library experience, cloud deployment experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure, mapping or GIS application experience, and open-source contributions.
