Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain new features and capabilities for technical products and services.
- Automate processes and create maintainable, supportable, and testable solutions.
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and uptime monitoring for team products and environments.
- Coordinate code and hardware deployments while maintaining environment consistency and availability.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training to less experienced team members.
- Maintain controls and documentation and follow company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant engineering or IT work experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Significant experience with modern software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies.
- Understanding of IT security best practices and experience controlling test environments and configuration management.
- Experience working with QA, production support, and development teams.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall teams and continuous integration tools.
- Experience with environment and release management; large-scale transformation experience is a plus.
