Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and support system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms to deliver application solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Lead application configuration optimization to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Act as an SME, manage team performance, and make decisions for the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Mandatory experience with S2P.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization in packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience with APIs and application integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and maintain system stability and performance.
- Understanding of release management and version control processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
