Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for embedded medical devices.
  • Analyze and model threats according to current norms and standards.
  • Use BlackDuck, Nessus, and IriusRisk for vulnerability assessment and develop appropriate countermeasures.
  • Advise development teams on secure system and software architectures.
  • Identify and implement information-security best practices, particularly for system and software decomposition.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in software engineering, systems engineering, computer science, or information technology.
  • Substantial professional experience focused on cybersecurity for embedded software.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design in a cybersecurity context.
  • Ideally, experience with medical cybersecurity standards such as IEC 60601-4-1.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills.
