- Build and operate Kubernetes-native infrastructure, CI/CD, and internal developer platforms on AWS.
- Design and operate durable workflow systems, event-streaming platforms, GraphQL APIs, and distributed applications.
- Own reliability, observability, repeatability, security, and minimal-disruption delivery practices.
- Consult with clients, guide architecture and implementation decisions, identify risks and unknowns, and solve delivery challenges.
- Contribute to conferences, training, meetups, technical content, architecture discussions, code reviews, and technology research.
- Travel an average of 3–5 days every quarter as needed.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Java and the JVM ecosystem, including Spring Boot or similar.
- Hands-on experience with durable execution or workflow engines, preferably Temporal, including workflow modeling, retries, timeouts, idempotency, and failure modes.
