Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS or Azure.
- Build and manage repeatable infrastructure deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Apply cloud security practices involving IAM, encryption, secrets management, and compliance standards.
- Support cloud-native SaaS and hybrid environments involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL Server, and IIS.
- Automate operations, optimize cloud performance and cost, and improve reliability and efficiency.
- Partner with software engineering, product, and support teams to align infrastructure with application and customer needs.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote infrastructure engineering best practices.
- Own infrastructure components from design through deployment and ongoing operations.
- Diagnose complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable resiliency and scalability improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in requirements sessions, technical design reviews, and peer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign educational equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 36 months of experience in the offered role or a closely related infrastructure or DevOps engineering position.
- Three years of experience managing production environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Three years of experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi; Python, Bash, or PowerShell; and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Three years of experience with cloud-native networking, load balancers, VPCs, storage, compute, and managed services.
- Three years of experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM in hybrid cloud deployments.
- Three years of experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic, or ELK stack.
- Three years of experience with IAM, encryption, secure networking, and compliance frameworks.
