Responsibilities
- Participate in design for scalable, extensible, and reliable systems.
- Align technology roadmaps with leadership and stakeholders.
- Build productivity tools using Claude and Windsurf.
- Remove technical blockers and simplify complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Write code to guide teams and support high-priority initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience building and operating backend services and web applications.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, storage, data processing, and server technologies.
- Strong coding skills in Java and Spring Framework; object-oriented design.
- Experience with AWS-based service development and operations.
- Experience with NoSQL and relational/columnar databases.
