Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and productionize AI solutions and AI agents that create business value for clients.
- Work in project roles including developer, solution architect, advisor, or project lead.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify AI use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize AI systems with focus on quality, security, scalability, governance, and responsible AI.
- Collaborate with national and global colleagues to deliver value and share best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in AI, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
- Practical experience designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions in production environments.
- Experience with modern AI technologies such as generative AI, agent-based solutions, or AI-driven applications.
- Experience from consulting or a similar client-facing environment.
- A master's degree with strong academic performance or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is advantageous but not required.
- Experience with LLM-based applications, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, AI-system evaluation, governance, security, or responsible AI is advantageous.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, search technologies, or Azure, AWS, and GCP is advantageous.
