Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and engage business and technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
- Design and develop ServiceNow integrations with external systems and implement e-bonding solutions.
- Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting and automation capabilities.
- Perform platform administration, configuration, and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles and collaborate with architects, developers, and customer teams.
- Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and effort estimation when required.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CSDM implementation and governance, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ServiceNow administration, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and e-bonding implementations.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM and broader platform capabilities.
- Experience working in the Nordic region.
- Required ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Data Foundation certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and additional ServiceNow CIS certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and/or Software Asset Management (SAM) is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; Swedish, Norwegian, or another Nordic language is desirable.
