Responsibilities
- Define and evolve test strategies in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Execute end-to-end unit, integration, acceptance, and regression testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Analyze test data and perform root-cause and failure analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams.
- Identify quality improvements and process-optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software testing, including test automation.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Tosca.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Very good English proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to quality, and ability to collaborate in complex IT-business environments.
- Preferred qualifications include Test-Driven Development, SAP testing, end-to-end or integration testing, and knowledge of compliance processes or the financial industry.
