Base Salary

$65k - $159k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, maintain, and support scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and automation solutions.
  • Build Python and Microsoft Azure cloud-native solutions using serverless technologies, system integrations, and event-driven architectures.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven applications for operational and business insights.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders on requirements, architecture, design, and technology decisions.
  • Perform code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support application quality, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience developing and supporting full-stack applications, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Python development experience involving applications, automation, system integrations, and API-based solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience building and deploying cloud-native solutions with Microsoft Azure, including serverless technologies and event-driven architectures.
  • At least 2 years of experience creating reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions with Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms.
  • At least 1 year applying Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile delivery, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience; alternatively, a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience includes Five9, Cisco, Avaya, Oracle, Genesys, or Microsoft Teams; workflow automation; user provisioning; access management; observability; Terraform; Ansible; Azure DevOps; and large-scale enterprise environments.
