Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year technical roadmap for Corporate and Cloud IAM.
- Architect secure SSO, SCIM, and JIT provisioning patterns for enterprise tools.
- Define configuration standards and security baselines for SaaS platforms.
- Identify and eliminate repeating manual work through automation.
- Participate in on-call rotation for access-related incidents.
- Manage endpoint configuration and software distribution workflows.
- Oversee identity certificate and token lifecycles.
- Drive Zero Trust initiatives in collaboration with Security.
- Lead IAM workstreams for compliance audits.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner across departments.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading identity or enterprise platform initiatives.
- Ability to influence adoption of standards across teams.
- 10+ years of experience in IT/Systems as a 'player-coach'.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and identity governance.
- Experience delivering SSO and SCIM integrations across SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in automating workflows to reduce toil.
- Experience governing IAM for AI platforms.
- Familiarity with audit-sensitive environments like HITRUST/SOC2.
- Knowledge of endpoint and security ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and automation tools.
