Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable pricing workflows for matter scoping, budgeting, financial analysis, planning, and monitoring.
- Build centralized pricing data infrastructure and data layers that consolidate information from multiple systems.
- Develop and manage data pipelines and queries for pricing analysis and reporting.
- Create pricing tools such as budget builders, scenario-modeling tools, and comparable-matter analysis interfaces.
- Integrate AI capabilities and design AI-executable pricing processes for analysis, forecasting, decision-making, and AI-enabled legal work.
- Develop pricing frameworks and unit economics for emerging legal-service delivery models.
- Improve data granularity across phases, tasks, and resources while maintaining consistency, transparency, governance, and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement of pricing models, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong SQL and Python skills are required.
- Experience building scalable workflows, structured data pipelines, automation, APIs, and reporting solutions is required.
- Experience with AI platforms, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflows is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud data warehouses, cloud-based data platforms, and data visualization or reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities is required.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and rely on significant experience to plan and accomplish objectives is required.
