Responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate technical interactions throughout the customer journey.
- Lead technical discussions with customers during project delivery.
- Partner with pre-sales architects, consulting delivery managers, implementation consultants, and project managers to design and implement integrated solutions.
- Oversee technical development and maintain standard operating procedure documentation for technical delivery and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide proven solutions.
- Provide post-deployment technical support for customer integration issues.
- Assess integration requirements, identify solutions, and explain integration processes and capabilities during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Develop integration solutions through programming, iPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, and Workfront configuration.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree and 15 years of full-time education are required.
- At least five years of client-facing integration or implementation experience is required, including integration, software development, networking, or operations work.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or an equivalent Integration Platform as a Service provider is desired.
- Proficiency in Java, PHP, or Python, along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, is required.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL is required.
- Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems is required.
- Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and customer-facing consulting skills are required.
- Experience implementing solutions in SaaS environments, enterprise systems of record, and third-party software integrations is required.
