Base Salary
$183k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects to improve developer workflows.
- Migrate off legacy frameworks and introduce modern frontend tooling.
- Upgrade shared libraries and enhance support for the internal design system.
- Reduce test suite runtime and improve reliability of developer-facing tests.
- Optimize the local development loop, including build and hot reload times.
- Investigate and resolve frontend performance regressions.
- Define standards and build frameworks for consistency and speed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks like TypeScript and React.
- Deep experience with developer tooling, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to modernize large, complex codebases.
- Experience leading projects that span multiple engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
- Collaborative communicator who mentors engineers effectively.
