Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-precision geospatial systems for autonomous drone navigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Lead frontend projects and drive architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development.
- Analyze and validate spatial data to ensure compliance and risk management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and maintaining production web applications.
- 3+ years of experience leading frontend projects and mentoring engineers.
- Strong expertise in Rust, Python, React, and modern full-stack tools.
- Experience in building component libraries and design systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous product improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
