Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, secure, and operate AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and Infrastructure as Code patterns.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and improve deployment and release automation.
- Maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, and platform reliability solutions.
- Support cloud security best practices, IAM, remediation activities, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Automate repetitive operational work and use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, and efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with software engineering teams and drive continuous platform improvement.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and their core infrastructure services.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.
- Bash or PowerShell scripting skills and experience with Amazon Linux, Red Hat, or Debian Linux.
- Experience with CloudWatch, Splunk, cloud security, and IAM best practices.
- Experience working with Agile development teams and strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with complementary technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, Ansible, OpenSearch, Elastic Cloud, Python, AWS Control Tower, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, GCP, FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or AI-assisted engineering tools.
