Responsibilities
- Build and improve planning, execution, and recovery capabilities for production-ready data workflows.
- Develop connectors, data transformation systems, execution infrastructure, web applications, SDKs, and agent tooling.
- Design and operate reliable systems interacting with production enterprise platforms and sensitive business data.
- Work directly with customers on technical implementations and use their needs to guide product and engineering decisions.
- Establish technical patterns and quality standards for a growing engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience building production systems, including startup or high-growth company experience.
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience building end-to-end applications.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, C, or another additional programming language.
- Technical judgment designing reliable, scalable infrastructure, distributed systems, or data pipelines.
- Experience integrating or implementing ERP, CRM, or data warehouse systems, with familiarity with data migration, ETL, or system integration work.
- Comfort working directly with customers on technical projects and clear communication skills.
- Experience contributing to open source projects.
- Familiarity with LLMs or agent tooling is useful.
Benefits
- Salary range of €90,000 to €150,000 annually.
- On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
- Relocation is required for candidates not already based nearby.
