Responsibilities
- Define and drive integration strategy between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Provide architectural leadership for SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Establish integration principles, patterns, standards, and middleware architecture for complex enterprise environments.
- Design and govern scalable data models, data flows, master data integrations, and Data Hub strategy.
- Provide hands-on guidance for complex integration scenarios and enterprise data flows.
- Support technical enablement and integration of SAP Joule.
- Identify architectural dependencies, risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with program leadership, business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, data specialists, and external delivery partners.
- Review solution designs, maintain architectural documentation, and govern implementation consistency.
- Support technical decisions and issue resolution during Wave 1 go-live preparation and subsequent global rollouts.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect, Integration Solution Architect, or comparable enterprise architecture professional.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations and deep knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience defining enterprise integration strategies, architectural principles, middleware landscapes, and scalable integrations for global organizations.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, integration governance, APIs, and event-based integration concepts.
- Experience with SAP and non-SAP applications in heterogeneous enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data Integration, Data Hub solutions, data lakes, and related data technologies.
- Experience working in complex international transformation programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Ability to assess architectural dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations while influencing technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
