Responsibilities
- Understand client, product, and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain full-stack software applications.
- Design and execute test cases, automate software validation, and ensure code quality.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Coordinate daily project status, delivery progress, requirements clarifications, and customer feedback.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-time implementation.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders through email, calls, fault tracking, and formal reporting.
- Participate in continuing education, programming-language training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with full-stack MERN development.
- Requires 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, debug systems, and conduct software testing.
- Ability to investigate problems, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, project reports, and status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Ability to support customer-focused delivery, troubleshooting, and professional business communication.
