Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Rotate across up to six technology teams during an 18–24 month programme.
- Work on one or two projects at a time with direct business impact.
- Build and maintain platforms, applications, and infrastructure with experienced engineers.
- Solve practical technical problems and contribute to technology decisions that influence the business.
- Participate in mentoring, seminars, and cross-organisation development opportunities.
