Responsibilities
- Own the hardest deployments end-to-end for Fortune 500 environments.
- Set the engineering bar through design and code reviews.
- Mentor FDE I/II engineers and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Create deployment tooling and reusable patterns to enhance efficiency.
- Drive product feedback by turning deployment learnings into actionable insights.
- Engage directly with customer engineering leaders during architecture discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience.
- Expertise in Python, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with LLM agent systems and real-time voice demands.
- Ability to communicate effectively with enterprise stakeholders.
- High agency and capability to tackle high-leverage problems independently.
