Responsibilities
- Implement internal request-management and business systems such as HCM, legal, contract, and OA systems.
- Develop low-code applications and interfaces on the aPaaS platform.
- Analyze business needs, write technical solutions and system designs, and implement them as platform functions.
- Build reusable low-code business models and application frameworks.
- Track results, optimize user experience, participate in requirements reviews, and communicate with developers.
- Contribute to internal training and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- More than 1 year of front-end development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and related front-end concepts, with deep experience in at least one mainstream framework such as React or Vue.
- Ability to independently complete requirements analysis and business design and participate in requirements reviews.
- Ability to translate business requirements into software system requirements and evaluate their feasibility and rationality.
- Preferred familiarity or experience with zero-code and low-code development.
- Preferred experience with Node.js, Python, Go, or Java and the ability to produce high-quality designs and code.
- Strong communication, collaboration, responsibility, and attention to detail are preferred.
