Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and manage product catalogs, pricing models, configuration rules, and bundling logic.
- Drive Quote-to-Cash processes covering quoting, order management, contract management, and billing integration.
- Develop and optimize rule-based, tiered, subscription, discounting, and contract-pricing models.
- Integrate ServiceNow CPQ with ERP, billing, and CRM systems using integration patterns and REST APIs.
- Optimize performance, governance, scalability, and large-data handling for CPQ implementations.
- Support release management, enhancements, and production issues.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions and lead solution discussions.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow, CPQ, or equivalent platforms is specified in the consultant profile.
- Relevant experience implementing the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CPQ, including Product Catalog, Pricing, and Configurator capabilities.
- Expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes and product catalog design, catalog modeling, pricing strategies, configuration rules, and product bundles.
- Experience with workflow automation, approvals, system integrations, data modeling, performance tuning, and large-data handling.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations with ERP and billing systems.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or telecom CPQ environments is preferred.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery models and client-facing stakeholder management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, leadership, and mentoring skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is listed as the educational qualification.
