Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack product features from customer discovery through production.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows and shared foundations for agent context, tool use, and evaluation.
- Design reliable LLM workflows with evaluation loops, guardrails, and observability.
- Make architectural decisions across performance, security, and developer experience.
- Review AI-assisted code and improve product quality through frequent releases and user feedback.
- Establish engineering practices and contribute to hiring as the team grows.
- Build real-time data pipelines and integrations with enterprise systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience delivering end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Production experience with TypeScript and Python, including hands-on application development and deployment with Next.js.
- Production experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, and embeddings, including latency, cost, and quality trade-offs.
- Strong frontend, backend, database, API design, and full-stack architecture skills.
- Experience with React, PostgreSQL or Supabase, Vercel, and REST or GraphQL is relevant.
- Evidence of strong engineering ability, initiative, and ownership, including production software delivery at a startup or similarly entrepreneurial team.
- Experience with procurement, ERP, enterprise supply chain, or data-intensive B2B products is helpful.
- Ability to work hands-on as an individual contributor, communicate clearly, and collaborate with a small in-person team.
