Responsibilities
- Build and iterate customer-facing applications that make complex account and telemetry information comprehensible and interactive.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct design and code reviews and implement new features based on team feedback.
- Develop tools, libraries, and technical documentation for engineering teams integrating with customer telemetry.
- Ensure code accuracy and reliability through automated testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and improve existing systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Experience with React and TypeScript, including steering the architecture of React applications.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience working in customer-focused cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and openness to mentorship.
- Experience with source control tooling such as GitHub and GitLab.
- Preferred experience collaborating with product managers and designers.
- Preferred experience with Redux Thunk, Emotion CSS, OpenAPI, REST code generation, iterative development, and spatial data or web mapping.
