Responsibilities
- Lead customer conversations and translate operational insights into product features and technical strategy.
- Design and build full-stack applications and advance the product’s AI capabilities.
- Ship customer-facing LLM features and agents into production.
- Move prototypes, demos, and MVPs into scalable, reliable, high-quality production systems.
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions and help shape product and engineering direction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
- Broad product-engineering experience spanning backend systems and user-facing applications.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python backend development.
- Experience shipping customer-facing LLM features or agents in production, including LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Experience building and deploying scalable products from MVP through production.
- Ability to lead customer conversations, convert feedback into product requirements, and make early-stage architecture trade-offs.
- Experience in a startup or other early-stage environment; freight or logistics technology experience is relevant.
