Responsibilities
- Lead frontend development initiatives and collaborate with clients and team members to implement solutions based on technical and business requirements.
- Develop tested and documented TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for responsive, cross-browser desktop and mobile applications.
- Use React for complex state management and application architecture, while optimizing browser performance.
- Create interactive prototypes and follow branding, UX, responsive design, and SEO standards.
- Drive adoption of modern development standards, tools, and frameworks; produce documentation and test plans.
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members and promote engineering best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, coworkers, stakeholders, peers, and management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional front-end development experience.
- Deep proficiency with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Extensive React experience, including complex state management and architecture.
- Proficiency with Git workflows and branch strategies.
- Strong browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- In-depth understanding of the web development process from design through deployment.
- Advanced knowledge of UI/UX principles, design patterns, and responsive design.
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Intermediate spoken English and fluent written English.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Professional experience with Next.js, additional frontend frameworks, and content management systems is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
