Base Salary
$220k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a five-person team forward-deployed to a client site and mentor cross-functional teammates.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities and design, execute, and optimize bespoke AI Operational Assistant use cases.
- Build conversational systems with LLMs, agentic frameworks, conversation models, custom scripts, API calls, and external system integrations.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate bots with APIs, CRMs, and enterprise systems.
- Tune AI agents using real user data and monitor and resolve breakdowns, mismatches, and fallback issues.
- Develop unit, regression, and A/B tests plus real-time monitoring, analytics, and logging for conversational performance.
- Partner with Qventus and client stakeholders to define and refine product requirements and document conversation logic, prompts, and decision workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in product management or solution architect roles.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with agentic design, prompt engineering, and architecture, along with expertise in emerging LLM technologies.
- Strong communication, customer empathy, troubleshooting, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites, expected at 25–50%.
- Preferred experience includes voice-enabled conversational AI, vector databases, embeddings, RAG, knowledge graphs, AI agents or automated workflows in healthcare or regulated industries, and healthcare operations, medicine, or healthcare finance.
