Responsibilities
- Own technical deliveries from requirements through planning, implementation, and delivery.
- Build and improve software build and test solutions, including CI/CD, binary, secret, and test management.
- Develop services using SaaS, cloud-based environments, and large-scale clustered compute.
- Use Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and other cloud and virtualization technologies.
- Improve engineering productivity and the daily experience of Arm’s software and hardware engineers.
- Support platform engineering, self-service infrastructure access, and automation.
Requirements
- Require 8–12 years of experience in DevOps.
- Require demonstrable software development and build experience.
- Require strong experience with at least one of Python, Groovy, Java, Golang, C, or C++.
- Require experience with Cloudbees CI or Jenkins Pipelines.
- Require containerization experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Require experience building, provisioning, and maintaining Linux-based infrastructure.
- Require cloud services experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Require infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Prefer experience in platform engineering focused on developer experience, efficiency, automation, and self-service infrastructure.
- Prefer microservice software development experience and experience using AI-assisted tools or techniques to improve engineering workflows.
