Responsibilities

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans for prioritized customers.
Lead post-technical win strategies and execution plans for Databricks use cases.
Act as the technical leader for specific use cases across multiple teams.
Serve as the first contact for technical issues related to production status.
Leverage resources to build tasks beyond your expertise.
Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
Navigate product and engineering teams for innovations and upgrades.
Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing technical roles.

U.S. Citizenship is required due to Public Sector client support.
5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI.
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
Experience in technical program or project management.
Proven track record in resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
Experience in conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
