Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable agentic AI frameworks and Generative AI solutions for enterprise banking use cases.
- Build full-stack applications integrating machine learning and large language model tools and services.
- Prototype and integrate advances in agent-based systems, autonomous AI, and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to scale AI solutions.
- Write production-quality code, lead proof-of-concepts, and validate architectural decisions through implementation.
- Establish technical standards and guide design choices across the team.
- Deploy secure, reliable, cloud-native, containerized AI services at enterprise scale.
- Design evaluation metrics and optimization strategies for AI system and agent performance.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of hands-on experience engineering and executing scalable enterprise solutions.
- Deep expertise in AI principles, agent-based systems, machine learning, and advanced software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python.
- Experience implementing Generative AI use cases with LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Advanced knowledge of LLM implementation using vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and model tuning.
- Experience with NLP libraries and tools, GenAIOps, and production support for Generative AI models.
- Experience with MLOps lifecycle tools such as MLflow.
- Experience using Docker to create reproducible and scalable environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for mathematics and statistics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Business knowledge of CVA, XVA, and regulatory stress testing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent field; a master’s degree is preferred.
