Responsibilities
- Build and deliver AI-driven products, features, user journeys, and agents to production.
- Contribute across the full software stack, from architecture and implementation through release and maintenance.
- Apply software engineering and system design principles to create observable, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
- Use frontier models with prompting, context, tools, and model reasoning to generate content and automate processes.
- Validate functionality through traditional QA methods, evaluations, and tracing.
- Use agentic software engineering techniques throughout planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to refine requirements, prototype solutions, scope projects, and prioritize work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional programming experience in web application and backend environments.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
- Strong knowledge of a modern web application framework such as React, Next.js, or Rails, and a backend service framework such as FastAPI or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience building AI- and agent-powered features with frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
- Regular use of coding agent harnesses such as Claude Code, Codex, Opencode, or Pi in the daily development workflow.
- Experience refining feature requirements with product stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes generating content for end users, multimodal AI, audio models, realtime full-duplex communication applications, speech-to-speech models, and developing evaluations for agents.
