Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, and enhance software components and applications using ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
- Develop ServiceNow scripts and integrations with other enterprise systems through APIs.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance, reliability, and system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Work independently, contribute as a subject matter expert, participate in team discussions, and help guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM, including scripting and platform customization.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs for connecting ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
