Responsibilities
- Define and document operating practices for AI-native companies.
- Build and maintain internal tools, workflow automations, and AI systems using Lovable, AI agents, no-code tools, and code.
- Connect, enrich, transform, and operationalize data across company systems for automations, internal tools, AI agents, and decision-making.
- Configure and deploy AI agents using Claude, ChatGPT, and MCPs for employees.
- Activate AI capabilities in Slack, Linear, Notion, Ashby, and other company tools.
- Document effective workflows and help employees become AI power users.
- Own internal systems end-to-end, including ongoing maintenance and improvement.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production workflow automations that ran independently and were used for business-critical operations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, and code review.
- Ability to select and use AI agents, no-code tools, and raw code appropriately.
- Experience designing data models, writing complex SQL, and building data enrichment and transformation pipelines.
- Experience deploying internal AI tools, custom-context assistants, AI agents, and MCPs in a company setting.
- A strong inclination to identify inefficiencies, independently build solutions, and deliver quickly.
