Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services and infrastructure capable of handling growth.
- Tune and iterate on LLM integrations and AI agent orchestration pipelines to improve reliability and efficiency in production.
- Continuously ship software and maintain strong ownership in a fast-moving, small startup team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience delivering scalable, production-grade systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and optimizing AI agent workflows in live production environments.
- Demonstrable side projects and shipped software, with practical portfolio-driven experience valued over formal credentials alone.
- Experience working at fast-growing startups, plus high agency, startup motivation, ownership, intentional career choices, and sustained curiosity.
- Must be based in Stockholm or able to legally work and relocate there.
