Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test cloud-based platform components.
- Participate in feature estimation, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Contribute to product development by understanding customer needs.
- Support early customers by investigating and fixing production issues.
- Improve processes and balance agility, cost, and reliability.
Requirements
- 6 - 9 years of software development experience with enterprise-grade software.
- Experience in building scalable, high-performance cloud services.
- Expert coding skills in Scala or Java backend.
- Deep knowledge of databases and query optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Expertise in building event-based asynchronous systems using microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Cybersecurity experience and adversarial thinking.
- Expertise in building REST APIs.
- BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS or equivalent preferred.
