Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key channel partners and their sales engineers.
- Own and drive technical enablement activities for assigned partners.
- Educate customers and partners on cloud security trends, challenges, and Netskope solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, best-practice sessions, workshops, deployment guidance, and evaluation installations.
- Train partner sales engineers through shadowing presentations and installations.
- Help partners create customer evaluation plans that demonstrate the strengths of the Netskope platform.
- Present at channel-driven marketing activities and assist with technical selling during partner recruitment.
- Work with channel partners to expand awareness and the installed base within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with solutions engineers, sales teams, and trainers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions or Systems Engineer.
- Proven ability to present technical information to business executives and architects, with a track record of using technical expertise to drive revenue.
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies including MDM/MAM and Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, HSM, tokenization, and encryption gateways.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Knowledge of application programming concepts including REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and enterprise architectures.
- Understanding of the broader threat landscape and ability to explain complex technical behaviors clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree.
