Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business needs.
- Optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities for smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Integrate third-party tools using APIs and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide cross-team solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and help manage team performance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Anaplan is required.
- Proficiency in Anaplan is required.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization in packaged or SaaS environments is required.
- Experience with APIs and third-party tool integration is required.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and application stability troubleshooting is required.
- Machine Learning experience is preferred.
- The role requires 15 years of full-time education.
