Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for complex Pega CDH and Decisioning implementations.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design across Pega CDH, Pega Decisioning, NBAA, Bundle Negotiator, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
- Create, own, and review High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation and Integration Solution Designs.
- Design integrations involving Kafka, Mar Tech platforms, and Customer Data Platforms.
- Define data models, context dictionaries, taxonomy governance, and decisioning structures for customer engagement use cases.
- Evaluate solution alternatives for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability and document architectural trade-offs.
- Translate business requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria and lead requirements and design workshops.
- Communicate solutions, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to business and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Lead cross-shore and offshore delivery teams and provide technical coaching and mentorship.
- Drive sprint governance, architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical delivery governance.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Pega implementations.
- Strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Decisioning is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Platform v8.x, Next-Best-Action Advisor, Bundle Negotiator, taxonomy governance, adaptive model lifecycle management, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
- Proven solution architecture experience with ownership of HLD and LLD documentation.
- Experience designing integrations involving Kafka, Mar Tech, and Customer Data Platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, context dictionaries, decisioning frameworks, stakeholder management, and technical governance.
- Experience converting business requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria and working with cross-shore or offshore Agile delivery teams.
- Mandatory Pega Certified Senior System Architect, Pega Certified Senior System Architect, and Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant certifications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Preferred experience in ANZ telecommunications or financial services, Pega Infinity '25, business analysis, requirement management, and technical delivery or architecture team leadership.
- Preferred Pega Marketing Architect, Pega Data Science Specialist, and relevant Pega Customer Decision Hub or Decisioning certifications.
