Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions addressing client challenges and business goals.
- Translate client and business requirements into scalable technical architectures and actionable solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
- Provide technical consultation on platform capabilities and technology-to-business alignment.
- Maintain architectural standards, security protocols, and implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, technical, and business teams on solution strategy and key decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise designing and deploying enterprise IT service management solutions.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
