Responsibilities
- Gather customer and partner insights, requirements, constraints, risks, and business objectives.
- Define, document, and govern solution architectures using architecture descriptions, decision logs, and traceability matrices.
- Lead cost, technology, design, deployment, testing, and operational discussions with customers and internal teams.
- Drive proofs of concept, pilots, consulting engagements, and solution transitions into live operations in partnership with Project Managers.
- Coordinate Microsoft account, bid, engineering, delivery, and subject-matter-expert teams to resolve blockers and align on a unified plan.
- Develop reusable intellectual property, contribute to architecture communities, mentor colleagues, and provide thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field plus 6+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus 4+ years, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree plus 8+ years or a master's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of technical sales experience and 4+ years of project management experience are preferred.
- Technical or professional certification in a relevant domain, such as security, is preferred.
- Relevant experience may include technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or a technology domain such as security.
