Responsibilities
- Configure Workforce Software policies, profiles, pay codes, pay code mappings, accruals, premiums, transactions, scheduling, roles, and business rules.
- Gather requirements, perform process mapping and gap analysis, and create user stories and functional specifications.
- Design and troubleshoot integrations with HRIS and payroll systems using APIs and file-based interfaces.
- Validate and reconcile data, analyze employee and timekeeping data, and resolve production data and interface issues.
- Create UAT test cases, manage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and test new configurations.
- Support system upgrades and coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors.
- Create system documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant working with Workforce Software time and attendance systems.
- Experience with Workforce Software products including Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler, and Workforce Analytics.
- Working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of time and attendance, employee scheduling, absence management, shift management, overtime rules, attendance policies, workforce compliance, payroll-related data, and workforce forecasting concepts.
- Understanding of the WorkForce Suite, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Employee Self-Service, and workforce analytics/reporting.
- Experience with data mapping, ETL and integration concepts, APIs, file-based integrations, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, writing functional specifications, creating UAT test cases, and managing defects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, written communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Workforce Software Configuration or Integration Specialist certification and above is desirable.
- PT102 or PT103 certification is preferable.
- Consulting experience, Workforce Analytics, interface experience, HR service delivery, HR transformation, or HR shared services experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Power BI or Tableau experience is desirable.
