Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop and enhance scalable front-end and back-end solutions using Java full-stack technologies and modern frameworks.
- Use AgentAI tools and LLM-based copilots for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and UI/UX for AI-assisted features.
- Collaborate with traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to promote AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts such as RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
- Experience with Java full-stack development and Cucumber.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI services without training models or owning MLOps or ML architecture.
