Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and lead development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex agentic solutions.
- Define technical strategy and make architecture, framework, and tooling decisions for AI projects.
- Evaluate agentic architectures and industry practices to select appropriate implementation approaches.
- Design and implement agent training, performance measurement, correction, and feedback processes.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, scalability, availability, and performance standards.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers and data scientists in agentic solution development and software engineering practices.
- Oversee project and program planning, development timelines, and deliverables using Agile processes.
- On the manager track, conduct performance reviews, support career development, and build teams.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2.5 years architecting and developing production-ready Gen AI RAG or agent-based solutions.
- Expertise in agentic solution design, including architecture selection, memory management, hallucination control, and reinforcement-learning feedback loops.
- Strong experience architecting highly scalable, available, and performant technology solutions.
- Deep expertise in agent training, performance measurement, and feedback processes.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
- Experience with program or project management, Agile methodologies, and development timeline planning.
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and performance management in production environments.
- Mastery of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's or university degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
