Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and enhance custom software components and applications using Python.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices and standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing, clean, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Python development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern Python-relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalable software design.
