Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver interfaces for managing individual assets and large fleets of autonomous and unmanned systems.
- Design and implement data-rich user interfaces reflecting real-time and distributed system state.
- Develop workflows for deploying, updating, and monitoring systems across edge, remote, and disconnected environments.
- Handle complex state management and asynchronous data flows.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, platform services, and communications technologies.
- Evaluate solutions to complex technical problems and translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement infrastructure as code and help build and maintain Kubernetes clusters across distributions such as EKS and RKE2.
- Apply secure software development, vulnerability remediation, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Collaborate with backend, platform, product, UX, and stakeholder teams to deliver intuitive mission-focused software.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Autonomous and Unmanned Systems portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of frontend or full-stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, with Svelte or React preferred and Angular or similar frameworks acceptable.
- Strong familiarity with modern frontend tooling and build-system best practices.
- Experience with frontend application testing strategies and data-intensive or state-heavy applications.
- Strong understanding of API design and integration, including REST and GraphQL.
- Experience working with backend systems and distributed architectures.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with technical teams and operational end users.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance are required.
- Preferred experience includes RF communications, tactical radios, mesh networks, autonomous or unmanned systems, constrained or disconnected networks, Special Operations or Department of Defense customers, infrastructure or platform interfaces, Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems, CI/CD, deployment pipelines, open-source, and developer tooling projects.
