Base Salary
$241k - $331k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical strategy by defining the architecture and technical roadmap across the stack.
- Architect and maintain reliable, scalable production applications with a focus on infrastructure automation.
- Design and build the AI layer, including custom agents and workflows.
- Tech-lead a small team, setting design and code review standards.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders and embedded engineers across the organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience building production software systems, with experience as a Senior Staff or Principal IC.
- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production applications.
- Experience operating cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong API integration experience at the enterprise SaaS layer.
- Working fluency with MCP, LLM tool/function calling, and current agent frameworks.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and hold technical conversations with senior business partners.
