Responsibilities
- Coach and support engineering teams in adopting consistent practices that improve delivery flow, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Assess team needs and recommend practical tools, techniques, and ways of working.
- Promote engineering practices across planning, development, testing, automation, release readiness, and operational feedback.
- Support cross-functional adoption of engineering standards, practices, and supporting tools.
- Identify and help resolve practice, process, and tooling challenges.
- Conduct working sessions, training, and workshops on modern engineering practices.
- Foster accountability, learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Three to five years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Experience working with engineering teams in software delivery, quality practices, or related technology delivery roles.
- Good experience with a programming language such as Java or Python.
- Foundational knowledge of modern engineering practices and common engineering tools and workflows.
- Experience supporting practice adoption through working sessions, training, or peer guidance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, listening, problem-solving, and team-coaching skills.
- Relevant certifications in DevOps, Agile methodologies, or cloud technologies are a plus.
