Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions involving generative AI and modern integration patterns.
- Build full-stack AI systems and integrate AI components into existing enterprise business processes.
- Design and develop APIs connecting Value-Added Services applications, platforms, and solutions.
- Develop generative AI, conversational AI, and RAG-based applications.
- Modernize the core platform by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.
- Automate software development, testing, and deployment processes using engineering best practices.
- Support multiple services through incident, change, and problem management, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Apply best practices for software quality, security, performance, scalability, availability, resilience, and technical-debt reduction.
- Collaborate with product, operations and infrastructure, cybersecurity, client support, and product development teams.
- Lead AI projects from conception through deployment and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java or Python; C++ and C# experience is a bonus.
- Experience building generative AI applications, conversational AI systems, and RAG architectures, techniques, and libraries.
- Experience leading AI projects from conception to deployment and designing robust systems that address distribution shifts and adversarial attacks.
- Proficiency with ReactJS, Angular, or NodeJS for front-end web development.
- Experience with large datasets, exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience configuring build and deployment systems with Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in multithreading, concurrency, error handling, application design, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and enterprise-scale components.
- Knowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and ML model deployment practices.
- Working knowledge of Redis and hands-on experience with container deployment architecture.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, SSO, and authentication methods or protocols.
- Expertise in application security and SSDLC, with knowledge of cryptography fundamentals.
- Preferred exposure to machine learning, deep learning, stream computing, and MLOps.
- Preferred experience mentoring junior engineers, collaborating cross-functionally, or working in payments technology.
